Decision

           After agreement of the most editorial board members on meeting done at 6:00 pm from the day of Monday 16 April 2018, Amman, Jordan. A page was created for a blacklist authors who submitted plagiarized Manuscript which discovered later after payment done or after publishing manuscript. Therefore, we decided to put their names on the website of the Journal of Middle East and North Africa Sciences hoping that any author who decide to publish other authors' works', should think that their name will be included in the blacklist authors.
